About The Event

The Summer Workshop series has led our members through a series of learning opportunities about neurodiversity, focused on practical understanding to help individuals, line managers and HR representatives actively foster neuroinclusive culture in their teams and departments.

We are delighted to invite all those who attended one or more workshops, and any GAIN member interested in learning more, to attend an in-person panel discussion, Q&A and networking session in London.  Here, you'll meet and get to hear from speakers with lived experience of navigating neuroinclusivity in the workplace including;

  • Neurodivergent speakers who can talk about both the good and bad experiences they've had navigating recruitment processes and adjustments at work
  • Line managers who can provide examples of how they've learned to support a neurodiverse team, including both successes and learning moments
  • HR professionals who can talk about how they've adjusted their approach to recruitment for neurodivergent candidates

You'll also hear more guidance from GAIN on specific ways you can pledge to foster neuroinclusion at work, drawing on the learnings from the Summer Workshops.

Our Speakers:

  • Francis McGee (GAIN), He/Him as moderator
  • Asil Motala (Swiss Re), He/Him
  • Angela Hames (Swiss Re), Bio TBC
  • Mark Bailey (Zurich), Bio TBC
  • Anna Deles (Simply Business) She/They
  • Vivine Cameron (CII) She/Her
  • And Vic Mazonas (GAIN), they/them, to provide guidance from GAIN summarising learnings from the Summer Workshops.
