We are currently recruiting for a Head of Identity and Access Management to join our established and experienced Chief Information Security Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis. Your Role As Head of Identity and Access Management, you will be a key member of the CISO Leadership within RSA. You will be accountable and responsible for all Information Security matters relating to Identity and Access Management (IAM), including Privileged Access Management (PAM). Your role will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision for Identity and Access Management. You will manage organisation-wide User Identities and Access Control across all of RSA’s assets, ensuring access is appropriate and commensurate with job role. Further Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: •Establishing and driving the RSA IAM strategy. •Shaping and building a team of Identity Security Specialists. •Leveraging both internal and partner organisation SMEs. •Ensuring core ‘security basics’ are operating effectively. •Defining and sponsoring the strategy required to reduce the risk of unauthorised access within RSA. About You You will be inquisitive, driven and pragmatic, with excellent knowledge of IAM principles and leading IAM teams. •Excellent communicator both written and verbal with remarkable organisation skills. •Ability to think creatively to solve problems and to draw conclusions between multiple Change Delivery and Remediation Programmes, linking this to Cyber Security Risk. •Skilled in working with a range of professionals across different disciplines. •You will be able to challenge existing processes and advocate for positive change About Us Our employee promise is to Shape the Future, Win as a Team and Grow with us, and we support the career development of all RSA colleagues.
