We are currently recruiting for a Pricing Manager to join our established and experienced Pricing team here at RSA on a hybrid basis. Your role As Pricing Manager you will be responsible for delivering actuarial analyses in some of the following areas: product pricing, risk modelling, corporate planning, reinsurance, establishment of adequate claims reserves and/or underwriting analysis. You will recruit, develop and motivate a team of pricing experts to ensure the timely and accurate provision of analyses/pricing models/actions to deliver agreed strategy and targets for a set of accounts and/or portfolios. You will support the Senior Pricing Manager and/or Director in the development of the portfolio Strategy. You will represent your team/function at relevant meetings/boards, working with the wider Commercial Underwriting Office function and the P&L to communicate your findings and support their implementation. About you You will have experience of developing and building high performance across multi-disciplined teams, and improving overall effectiveness with experience of coaching and mentoring team members. A depth of knowledge in general insurance pricing and modelling techniques is desired along with Actuarial or relevant practical Pricing experience. You will have considerable technology, numeracy and mathematical skills (e.g. Excel, Emblem, Radar, VBA, R). What we offer you At RSA we put our people first.
