Sam will discuss how becoming an SEN parent transformed her perspective on her professional life, leading her to establish a business in the city while advocating for young adults with complex needs. With estimates indicating that 1 in 7 members of the UK workforce provide unpaid care at some point in their careers, Sam is dedicated to championing these carers in the workplace and highlighting the valuable skills they bring.
