IFN Working Dad's Lunch - The Home Contract: Beyond the To-Do List

Following the fantastic discussion at our first Working Dad's Lunch in June, the Insurance Families Network is delighted to be partnering once again with Liberty Specialty Markets for our next event. This will be an interactive session facilitated by Ian Dinwiddy, founder of Inspiring Dads Ltd Dads and one of the UK's leading voices on fatherhood, caregiving and gender equality.

This session,"The Home Contract: Beyond the To-Do List", will explore the often invisible responsibilities that keep family life running, including the "second shift", mental load and how working parents can create fairer and more sustainable ways of sharing responsibility at home.

The agenda includes discussion on what mental load really is, how home responsibilities develop over time, and practical approaches to renegotiating the "home contract".
