Data Management Lead

As the Data Management Lead you will be responsible for establishing and managing data quality frameworks and processes to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and reliable. 


You will ensure all data management practices comply with regulatory and industry standards. You will implement systems and processes to capture and maintain comprehensive metadata and data lineage for key data assets. You will oversee enterprise MDM/RDM strategy implementation, ensuring that master data across key business domains (e.g., customers, policies, claims) is consistent and accurate across all systems. 


You will collaborate with enterprise data architecture, data delivery, and business teams to ensure that data management practices are embedded throughout the data lifecycle. You will work closely with IT and security teams to ensure that data is handled securely, protecting it from unauthorized access, breaches, and data loss. 


Your skills and experience 

  • To be successful in this role you will have good delivery experience to develop and execute roadmaps, and implementation plans. 

  • You will have experience in data quality, metadata, lineage, MDM/RDM strategies and regulatory compliance. 

  • You will have familiarity with data management platforms (e.g., Purview, Collibra, Informatica) and tools. 

  • You will have experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure) and data governance tools. 

  • You will have the ability to work with cross-functional teams to enforce and implement data management solutions. 

  • You will have Insurance domain knowledge.
