EVERGREEN Digital Communications Executive

The Digital Communications Executive will play a key role in supporting the delivery of engaging and effective digital content across social media platforms, our corporate websites, and video. This role will work closely with the Digital Communications Senior Manager, Social Media Manager, Videographer, and Website & SEO Manager – as well as other stakeholders and members of the wider Strategic, Distribution, Marketing and Communications team - to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality digital content output. The location for this role is London or Horsham. 


You’ll make an impact by: 

  • Social Media support: Assist the Social Media Manager in planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across all social platforms (predominantly LinkedIn and Instagram)

  •  Support community management – supporting the Social Media Manager with monitoring engagement and responding to comments/messages in line with brand tone. 

  • Support the Social Media Manager with building social media advocacy. Support in creating social media reports and analysing performance metrics. 

  • Upload and management of video content on our You Tube channel. 

  • Support the Social Media Manager with managing external review channels like Trustpilot and Glassdoor. 

  • Video Content Coordination: Work with the Videographer to plan, brief and organise shoots - ensuring assets are delivered on time. 

  • Assist the Videographer with shoot logistics, helping coordinate talent, equipment, and locations to ensure a smooth production process. 

  • Assist in editing and finalising video content - checking transcripts/subtitles, gaining approval etc. 

  • Website Content Management: Make updates and changes to website content using the CMS (e.g., text edits, image uploads, page creation). 

  • Work with the Website & SEO Mansager to ensure content is optimised for SEO and accessibility standards. 

  • General Digital Support: Maintain consistency of brand messaging across all digital touchpoints. 

  • Create simple, engaging graphics and content for use across digital channels using tools like Canva 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure timely delivery. 

  • Support with the Grid/Content Planning process. 

  • Stay up to date with digital trends and suggest innovative ideas to enhance engagement 


Your skills and experience: 

  • Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for engagement and growth. 

  • Experience using website CMS (e.g. ContentStack or similar) to publish and maintain digital content. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to tone, clarity, and brand consistency. 

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

  • Collaborative team player who builds positive relationships and works effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels 

  • Creative flair and enthusiasm for developing engaging, high-quality content across digital channels. 

  • Proactive and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
