We’re looking for an experienced DevOps leader to take responsibility for of our DevOps & Automation Platform Services function. You’ll lead globally distributed teams, shape our tooling and CI/CD strategy, and ensure our platforms are secure, scalable and reliable. This is a high‑impact role at the heart of our technology transformation.
Lead DevOps engineers, Tooling Product Owners and cross‑functional teams across UK & India.
Have responsibility for the strategy and roadmap for DevOps, CI/CD, Automation and Tooling platforms.
Oversee platform performance, availability, compliance and lifecycle management.
Drive automation, optimisation, and adoption of best‑practice DevOps engineering.
Ensure high‑quality delivery of programmes, operations, releases and CI/CD governance.
Manage vendor performance and third‑party delivery.
Collaborate with architects, senior colleagues and portfolio teams to align tech with business needs.
Mitigate risks, support audits and ensure adherence to security, regulatory and governance standards.
Extensive experience in DevOps engineering, tooling, automation or platform delivery.
Experience managing geographically distributed DevOps teams.
In depth understanding of Azure cloud and cloud‑native engineering
Excellent background in PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, cloud architecture and enterprise platforms.
Ability to drive automation, improve processes and optimise platform performance
Experience delivering complex, large‑scale, multi‑cloud or multi‑tenant solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead major programmes, stakeholder engagement and vendor management.
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, global organisations with matrix structures
