We are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our London team on a hybrid basis. This team deal with Partner Brokers across Central London, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Berkshire and Surrey and therefore the role can be based within any of these areas.
Build and maintain relationships in a face-to-face environment with your allocated broker panel Implement ongoing development of 3 year broker account plans, involving various stakeholders from marketing, sales, operations, claims and underwriting colleagues Responsible for overall sales pipeline across all commercial P&L's for each broker to ensure Intact Insurance achieves its operational plan Lead the identification, planning and winning of major strategic development opportunities for your broker panel
Experience of maintaining partner relationships within commercial insurance Knowledge of sales and marketing best practice within a commercial insurance environment Experience of account management and be able to build and maintain development plans for your panel of brokers Be able to work with your broker panel and achieve buy-in from them to work collaboratively with you and the underwriters
