GAIN

All GAIN members are invaluable to us, and contribute to our mission.  We currently offer membership at 4 levels:

Industry Body Membership

Industry bodies such as IFoA, AMII and others may take advantage of a special membership level.  They do not require the full membership (members of industry bodies work across multiple companies, so could not receive the GAIN benchmark for example) but are committed to helping GAIN and the industry embrace neurodiversity.  Employees of industry body members may utilise GAIN corporate member resources on the website as well as our events.

Foundation Membership

Foundation members pay membership based on company size.  Foundation members receive access to all group benefits such as our monthly round-tables, resources for individual members and employees, events run by GAIN for all members, participation in working groups and pilots, and more.

Foundation Plus Membership

Foundation Plus members pay membership based on company size.  Foundation members receive the full GAIN membership offer for Foundation members, plus individualised services such as access to our benchmark and road-map, and access to multiple GAIN-run events exclusively for their employees every year.

Industry Transformers Membership

GAIN is a not-for-dividend organisation, which allows us to work with relatively low overheads.  However, we cannot pursue true industry transformation unless we are able to make long-term plans with the industry.  Industry Transformers receive the same membership benefits as Foundation Plus members, but have committed to additional funding for GAIN or to a longer term relationship, helping us focus on delivering on our mission.
