Menopause affects around half the population, often at the point when people are at their most experienced, and established in their careers.  These are colleagues with years of hard-won expertise, and for neurodivergent people, this is while also facing significant barriers to career stability. Supporting employees through this stage of life isn’t just good practice; it’s good business. 

GAIN welcomes James Tait, as the newest member of the GAIN Board. James is a CEO/MD, NED, and Qualified Actuary with over 20 years’ experience in insurance, reinsurance, and technology. He has built a career leading transformation, turnaround, and scale-up growth across international markets.

Last year, as every year since our membership launched in 2022, our members took the time to share their experiences in GAIN’s annual neurodiversity survey.
