Following the success of our 2025 Neuroinclusion survey, we want to spend part of 2026 diving deeper into the data on recruitment experiences for neurodivergent people.

Our aim is to get a detailed picture of current recruitment processes from the experiences of neurodivergent applicants - what the landscape is like right now, what works, what hinders or stops progress, and whether existing resources are actually meeting people's needs.
