The GAIN Menopause and Neurodiversity Survey 2026

The pulse survey we ran in 2025 taught us that neurodivergent people find it harder to self-manage workplace challenges during menopause, and that a lack of support, training and understanding in the workplace leads to increased burn-out, imposter syndrome and worsening wellbeing.
We want to build a full picture of the impact this has on individuals work experiences and career progression, and we aim to build good-practice guidance for employers on how to better support employees in ways that work for them.
This survey has a maximum of 16 questions.
