We've learned a lot about workplace bullying and how it impacts neuerodivergent people through our latest survey in 2025, but now we want to help bring the changes we all need to see in the workplace.

This short, 19 question survey is designed to help us work out the core patterns - who experiences mistreatment, what forms it takes, who the actors are, what triggers incidents and what action meaningfully changes the situation for the better.

The outcomes of this survey will help us develop good practice guidance for the industry.
