The Neurodivergent Salary Gap Survey

Our 2025 Neuroinclusion survey did very well, but building an accurate salary gap report requires very large pools of data. We need enough people, neurodivergent and neurotypical, at all levels of business to see where the gaps are and how they're formed.
This short survey asks a few simple, factual questions about your current role, seniority and salary, and then looks into potential causes of any gaps to help us both get the numbers and produce good-practice guidance on what employers can do about it.
