New Appointment: Welcoming Linda Whorlow to the GAIN Board to Strengthen Business Focus on Neurodivergent Talent

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Linda Whorlow as a new member of the GAIN Board.


A highly respected Executive and Non-Executive Director, Linda brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a career, spanning leadership roles across Defined Contribution Schemes, Defined Benefit Pensions, Third Party Administration, and Actuarial Consulting.


Linda’s appointment marks a significant moment for GAIN, as part of a broader effort to strengthen the team and deepen its impact across the insurance and investment sectors. Her role will focus on supporting organisations to recognise the business case for neuroinclusion, aligning the often-overlooked strengths of neurodivergent individuals with the changing skills and talent demands of today’s workplace.


Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director and Independent Governance Committee Member for Legal & General, Linda has also held executive and board positions at Aegon UK, Broadstone Employee Benefits, and Origen Financial Services. Her career began at Norwich Union, now Aviva.


Linda is a passionate advocate for neuroinclusive workplaces and actively supports personal and leadership development through her work as a mentor, coach, and charity volunteer.
