Below you can find all current open calls for participation in GAIN projects.  Here we share our open surveys and research, upcoming working groups and pilots, as well as calls for speakers and article submissions.

The GAIN Menopause and Neurodiversity Survey 2026

This 16 question survey follows from our initial pulse survey in 2025. If you're in perimenopause, menopause or are post-menopausal, or receiving HRT for any reason, we'd love to hear from you.

The Neurodivergent Salary Gap Survey

This 16-question survey will help us fill out the details of any neurodivergent salary gap in the industry. Whether you're neurodivergent or not, you can help us build out this picture.

Neurodivergent Recruitment Experiences Survey 2026

Call for Corporate Contributions: Creating Neuroinclusive Workplaces in Insurance & Investment

Submit articles for future editions of GAIN's Neuroinclusive Newsletter. Click "Learn More" to find out more about the types of articles we're currently seeking.

The GAIN Workplace Mistreatment and Bullying Survey

This survey asks a maximum of 19 questions, depending on specific responses you give. Our aim is to develop a clear picture of the factors involved in negative workplace experiences for neurodivergent people, and to begin developing good practice guidance to reduce and prevent the prevalence of bullying for neurodivergent individuals.

The GAIN Masking in the Workplace Survey

Help us teach employers how to create safe opportunities for employees to unmask - whether through access to remote work or other changes - in this 18-question survey.

GAIN (Group for Autism, Insurance, Investment and Neurodiversity 

Our mission is simple: to spark an industry-owned and industry-led radical improvement in the employment prospects of neurodivergent people in insurance, investment and related areas of financial services.

To help achieve this, we have created a community hub of neurodivergent individuals, corporates, partners and researchers, all working together to create inclusive and diverse workplaces across our industry.

As part of membership packages our individual and corporate members can access this online hub providing a wealth of resources, events and partner offers.
